The New England Regional Peace Palace at Antrim, New Hampshire, will host the first of a series of monthly “Total Knowledge Days” this Sunday, February 5. The theme of the day will be “Total Knowledge of Health—Maharishi Ayurveda” and will feature a lively exchange of knowledge and practical techniques to promote ideal health. This presentation will be given by our Maharishi Ayurvedic Expert from India, who is currently overseeing the holistic health programs offered at New England’s Maharishi Ayurvedic Health Center in Lancaster, Mass.

This Sunday, you will gain a deeper understanding of the functioning of your own physiology and the practical principles of Maharishi Ayurveda that promote ideal health. In addition, you will have the opportunity to schedule a Personal Health Interview and experience Maharishi Pulse Diagnosis—a powerful tool to detect imbalances in the physiology before they become disease.
