Featured speaker for the June 11 luncheon will be Jeremy Fields, PhD, co-author of Total Heart Health How to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease with the Maharishi Vedic Approach to Health.

Dr. Fields will explain a clinically proven, side-effect free approach, to prevent and treat cardiovascular disease based on the world’s oldest system of medicine—Ayurveda. The Total Heart Health program, based on the Maharishi Vedic approach to Health, has been successfully used by hundreds of thousands of people. It achieves scientifically verified results through simple approaches as stress-reducing meditation, diet, herbal supplements, and exercise (according to individual mind-body type), and sound therapy. All are designed to enliven the body’s inner healing intelligence.

This meeting will be moderated by Association President, Dana St. James, who was recently interviewed in the Boston Herald, May 6, Sunday feature article, “TM fans say it’s all in their head, Claim meditating fights stress, aids focus.”

In addition, Dr. Andrea York will answer questions on the Maharishi Vedic Approach to Health program of ‘seasonal check-ups’ and the internationally recognized Maharishi Vedic Health Center located in Lancaster, MA.
