In the Vedic Calendar, the Full Moon of July is called Guru Purnima. This is the one day, out of the whole year, where the student celebrates his teacher and the Tradition of Vedic Masters who have been the custodians of the Pure Knowledge—the Knowledge of Enlightenment—for millennia. We invite you to enjoy our annual international Guru Purnima celebration, via satellite, where Maharishi will speak on world events and the impact his scientifically validated technologies of consciousness have had on improving individual life which are at the basis of a peaceful and prosperous world. For this world transforming Knowledge, Maharishi traditionally gives credit to his teacher Swami Brahmananda Saraswati, Guru Dev.
In addition, Guru Purnima is an auspicious time to be together and enjoy extended practice of the TM and TM-Sidhi program. Residence Courses and World Peace assemblies are the perfect opportunity to be together and dive deep within, gain extra rest, enjoy delicious organic meals, and discover the profundity of the techniques and knowledge Maharishi has brought to us. A RESIDENCE COURSE OR WORLD PEACE ASSEMBLY is a very restful, enjoyable, inspiring and rejuvenating way to spend a few days away from your usual routine. A schedule of extended program practice is balanced with knowledge meetings, nourishing food, pleasant accommodations and wonderful people.
Residence Course meetings include video tapes of Maharishi, discussions of experiences, group checking, and lectures by special guests. For TM® program practitioners, a Residence Course is a prerequisite to taking the TM-Sidhi® program. It is also the best way to gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Maharishi Vedic ScienceSM.
The course routine and extended program offer a profound rest to mind and body and allow for very valuable release of stress and tension which is the basis for the maintenance of unbounded awareness, and Support of Nature in all aspects of daily life.
ARRIVAL
You may check-in from 2:00-9:30 PM, Friday and stay through lunch on the day of departure (2 to 7 days). You’ll enjoy the deep inner experience and knowledge of Maharishi Vedic Science, good rest and delicious organic food. Afterwards, you’ll return to home and work with renewed vitality, happiness and appreciation of life.
Maharishi Vedic School in Antrim is owned and operated by our own organization and hosts only courses in Maharishi’s Vedic Science in its building which is properly aligned with the cardinal directions as specified by the science of Maharishi Sthapatya Ved (vastu). It is in a recreational area of New Hampshire. There is a nice river that runs through the property providing a pleasant site for walks after lunch.
The facility invites you to come early for the course and/or stay on for a few days to enjoy the New Hampshire springtime. Make sure to mention if you would like to take advantage of this option: $75 per day for single room and 3 meals or $115 per day for a two room suite with private bath and 3 meals during the pre-course or post-course “vacation days”.
